While Havre, Montana has been nicknamed the crown jewel of the Hi-Line Railroad, its sparkle and luster comes from a tight-knit community of adventurers and small town eccentrics.

Tucked in north-central Big Sky Country about 45 miles from the Canadian Border, Havre offers hiking trails, nearby nature preserves, and snowy mountains, as well as a refreshing reservoir to swim in each summer.

But all of that activity calls for an invigorating pick-me-up! Some may enjoy a cold beer after a long day of snowboarding or hiking the Bill Baltrush Nature Trail – and it’s true that Havre does offer multiple breweries and a distillery.

Whether you’re just passing through or in town to explore Havre Beneath the Streets, this list of best coffee shops in Havre will have you coming back for more. Alright, grab your nearest mug, and let’s get our buzz on!
