Jackson Hot Springs Facilities
Jackson Hot Springs host one large hot pool outdoors. The pool water is an all-natural flow and the springs are well cleaned. Clothing is not optional. The atmosphere is a bit more relaxed as most visitors come to the springs to rest and relax after a long day of skiing in the mountains or snowmobiling. Hanging lights also decorate the pool area, making for a gorgeous view at night.
For visitors who plan to stay at the resort and would prefer to do more than just swim in the hot springs, there are plenty of activities at the resort guests can do. There is a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and playing cards for those looking for a friendly competition with their friends.

There are also many options for overnight guests. Bedrooms in the lodge, sleeper cabins, and even RV sites are available. There are also a few rooms that are pet friendly or offer fireplaces. The lodge also offers many amenities to guests, including complimentary access to the springs, free coffee, and WiFi in the lodge.
The resort is typically the most popular in the winter and summer. We recommend visiting the springs in the spring or fall if you wish to avoid peak crowds.

Getting There
The best way to get to Jackson Hot Springs is by car. Most people head there from Missoula or Dillon. The drive from Dillon, Montana is about 47 miles and will take you about 46 minutes to get there. Traffic this way also shouldn’t be too bad, so you won’t have to worry about getting stuck in a traffic jam.
You’ll want to go southwest on S Montana St toward E Sebree St first. Then turn left onto E Reeder St. After, turn right onto I-15BL S, then turn left to merge onto I-15 S toward Idaho Falls. When you’ve driven about 2 miles, you’ll want to take exit 59 for MT-278 towards Jackson. After 42 miles, turn right onto MT-278 W. The destination should be on your right.
If you’re heading from Missoula instead, it will be a bit of a longer drive, about 138 miles. The drive should take you 1 hour and 30 minutes total. You’ll want to head southwest on N Higgins Ave toward W Main St.
Then make a slight right onto US-12 W/Brooks St. After about 10 miles go on US-93 S. After 83 miles, turn left onto MT-43 E. Then turn right onto MT-278 E. The destination should be on your left.
